What it does
CSV upload is the universal way to get your shop's inventory onto Center Console Agent. If your point-of-sale system can export a spreadsheet, we can read it. We accept UTF-8 and Latin-1 encodings, comma or semicolon delimited, with or without a header row.
We recommend a weekly refresh. Required columns: sku, name, quantity. Recommended columns: brand, category, price_cents, barcode, compatible_tags.
Before you start
- Export a fresh inventory snapshot from your POS.
- Open it in a spreadsheet and rename the columns to match the table above.
- Save as CSV.
Step-by-step
- Sign in to Center Console Agent with your shop owner email.
- Go to Account → Shop → Inventory → Upload CSV.
- Drop the file in the upload area.
- Click Import.
